Touchdown in Chicago

After my grueling 4am wake-up call, and a 10 hour-long, no-entertainment direct flight with American Airlines, I finally landed here in Chicago O’Hare; 2pm local time (8pm GMT).

After a lengthy cab ride to our hotel, we settled in, and unpacked whilst admiring the view that I couldn’t help but be entirely captivated by. As far as the eye could see, skyscrapers lined the streets from left to right; until I looked straight ahead and was welcomed by the beautiful silvery-blue  waters of Lake Michigan.

Upon gulping down a steamy-sweet cup of coffee, we headed out onto the fabulous Magnificant Mile to preview what the stores were going to be enticing me with this week.

Here, I wore my 86 American Football-inspired top by Topshop, Denim Vest by Topshop, Extra Long Leggings by Topshop and my ASOS Half Frame Angular Cat Eye Sunglasses.

Here are a few of my purchases from today’s stroll up Magnificent Mile!

Pleated Boater Hat  by Forever 21, Top by Forever 21 [ON SALE!], Leather Shorts by Zara, Printed Fridge Kimono by Zara [the detail is amazing!]

sales website - Great blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you recommend starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m totally confused .. Any suggestions? Many thanks!ReplyCancel
